Maarman also gives an overview of a linked court case which is currently in front of the Western Cape High Court. In this case, the court is asked to grant the people of South Africa ‘urgency’ because of the national state of disaster declaration that has caused so much harm. The court is asked to grant the people of South Africa an interim interdict, giving them legal protection against all of the harms that emanate from the national state of disaster declaration and the lockdown measures.

Maarman concludes with this message:

People of the world, people of South Africa, we have started out this matter asking a very simple question: show us the virus.

And here, because of the failure of that question being answered, we have found ourselves in a situation where now the president is alleged of serious violations of the constitution.

That the Parliament is facing serious allegations that they have violated the constitution, their obligations.

The Reserve Bank has violated their obligations to the constitution.

That is what is being alleged in the Constitutional Court.

But, because of this, now what has happened is that now we have found even such wrong-doing related to this matter in the Constitutional Court itself.

This is probably the most important legal battle that is happening at the moment — probably in the history of this country.

And we’re asking all of you to spread the message since the mainstream media is not spreading this message at all.

Spread the message because it’s very important that as many people as possible come to hear of it.

Secondly we are asking for you to provide us with support and assistance as we are going up against the most powerful respondents and entities in this country, without any doubt.

We are asking you to pray for our success because this is a very serious matter that we are engaged in with huge consequences for everyone.

When my mum was put on a syringe driver (a device used to automatically administer drugs) three days before her death in 2009, I didn’t think twice. The kindly hospice nurse told me the drugs were “to make her comfortable” and what daughter doesn’t want their mother to be comfortable in her final days? 

I knew my mum was dying because the hospice doctor had told me so. I didn’t question how she knew. Back then, I trusted doctors and just accepted that, as well as the gift of healing, they also possessed the gift of foresight. How ignorant I was!

In early December 2020, I joined David Icke (who I’ve known for a number of years) in a podcast. It was the first time I’d spoken publicly about any aspect of the so-called pandemic. I had strong views about what was happening and when David asked me on his show, it was too good an opportunity to miss.

I started off by talking about my dad, who I’d just managed to get out of a care home, where he’d been imprisoned throughout the first six months of the so-called pandemic.

Despite my nervousness, I felt compelled to share what my dad and I had experienced during 2020. We discussed at length the thousands of deaths that were happening in hospitals, care homes and hospices. The elderly in particular seemed to be dropping like flies whilst in these facilities and there was no real evidence that a killer virus was to blame. David described this culling as “premeditated murder’ and read out a definition of that during the podcast.

I told him about a whistleblower doctor I’d spoken to who’d told me horrors stories about organ harvesting and the blanket Do Not Resuscitate orders that were being put on the over 60s, the mentally impaired and the physically disabled and on pretty much every person living in a care home. I also shared how the mainstream papers weren’t interested in hearing about this. Nor we they interested in any of the stories – the uselessness of masks, the blanket DNRs on the elderly, mentally ill and disabled, the skewed statistics, the misattribution of deaths to ‘Covid’ and the potential dangers of the new ‘vaccine’ roll-out, to name but a few – I was offering them and how it had got to a point where I was practically being ignored by some of the editors I’d worked with for years.

The Icke interview went viral and my email inbox rapidly filled up. The accounts I was sent by people who believed their loved ones had been murdered were heartbreaking. These people were desperate, not knowing where to turn, so seeing the video gave them hope. I suddenly had a new family – that’s how it felt anyway – and I wanted to help them in any way I could.

The first I spoke to on the phone told me one of his relatives had been a victim. He didn’t mince his words and told me loud and clear that a murder had been committed and that he could prove it. I could tell from this man’s earnestness that he was telling the truth.

I needed evidence though. As a journalist, I have to be very careful before pitching a story to a newspaper: I need to get my facts straight and have proof to back up every claim. Personal anecdotes are all well and good – as well as being an essential part of any investigation and report – but cannot be taken at face value.

So I met up with this man and that’s when I saw the evidence with my own eyes. (Unfortunately, this information can’t be shared for reasons I’ll be able to disclose at a later date.) It was incontrovertible.

I believed the best way to get these stories heard was through the mainstream media, so I sent a ‘teaser’ email to 28 editors, telling them I had a really big story that needed to be published. I followed that up a few days later with details of the story. The pitch looked like this:

Euthanasia is being used as a medical protocol in UK hospitals.

Extensive research reveals that the Liverpool Care Pathway, which was abandoned in 2014 after being deemed inhumane, was brought back in at the start of the pandemic in early 2020 and is being implemented in hospitals and care homes across the UK.

Evidence includes the following:

• A House of Commons document detailing a conversation between Health Secretary Matt Hancock and Conservative MP Dr. Luke Evans, during which they discuss the use of certain medications to give Covid patients a “good death”. A good death is medical terminology for euthanasia. 
• A video of the above conversation.
• Confirmation of Hancock ordering two years’ worth of a sedative called Midazolam from a French supplier. The order was made in March 2020. It was claimed at the time that the drug was for the treatment of Covid patients. Midazolam suppresses the respiratory system. Covid is a respiratory disease. Midazolam is used as an execution drug in the US.
• Quotes from doctors, pathologists and pharmacists confirming what Midazolam is and how is should and shouldn’t be used. 
• Paperwork and links showing the LCP protocol was reintroduced in early 2020. This time around, it wasn’t called the Liverpool Care Pathway but the protocol was identical: the use of a cocktail of drugs (usually Midazolam and morphine), along with a withdrawal of food and water, leading to the untimely death of the patient.
• Documents showing the dosage of Midazolam given to Covid patients and showing how breathlessness in patients is to be managed using Midazolam. 
• Information from anonymous insiders – including lawyers, doctors, care workers and nurses, who’ve seen this abominable practice happening first hand. 
• A video made by Manchester mayoral candidate Michael Elston, outlining what he knows to be happening with regards to the killing and culling of the elderly using Midazolam. 
• 16 case studies who are willing to speak to the Press about their loved ones’ deaths being ‘hastened’ in hospitals and care homes. Some cases are historic and occurred whilst the LCP was in place; some have happened in the last 14 months; one is a ‘near miss’, when a woman who had nothing wrong with her was put on end of life treatment only to be rescued by her grandson at the last minute.

Many people believe it’s OK for the sick and elderly to be given a pharmaceutical “helping hand” when they’re in – what’s deemed to be – the final stages of their lives. Few seem to realise that euthanasia (in any form – voluntary or involuntary) is illegal in the UK. If a person is found to be involved in euthanasia, they risk a life sentence. Those found guilty and charged with “assisted suicide” can get 14 years in prison.

The normalisation of euthanasia has been occurring for years. Health Secretary Matt Hancock has now started to push for the legalisation of assisted suicide. Why?

I thought it was a good pitch, but the lack of response from the 28 editors I sent it to was shocking. The silence was deafening. It was clear that no editor was prepared to run the story. I persevered for a couple of months with editors either blanking me or telling me it was a ‘non story’ because everyone knows that drugs are given to the ailing and elderly when they’re terminally ill r deemed to be  ‘end of life’. Whenn I pointed  out that euthanasia (which is what this hastening of death actually is) is illegal in the UK, it didn’t seem to register. In their minds, the fact this practice has been going on for decades, made it somehow acceptable and nothing I could say would make them think otherwise.

I still needed to get this information out to the public though but how to do it? I was wary of taking the alternative media route but what choice did I have after being shunned by the mainstream?

I knew what I had to do: I went to the Isle of Wight and took the man with the incontrovertible evidence with me – to visit David Icke. We presented him with a huge file of paperwork and solid proof that the elderly were being killed in hospitals, hospices and care homes using a drug called Midazolam.

On June 4th 2021, David put out a powerful videocast, revealing some horrendous truths.

The emails, once again, came flooding in. With every story I read, I had a jarring feeling in my brain… These stories were really resonating with me… Why? Then it struck me. My mum. 2009. In a hospice… Something in her arm… a constant pumping of medications into her body. I saw them set up the syringe driver. Her eyes were open then. Seconds later, her eyes closed, never to re-open.

I sat with her for two days. Her body didn’t move but she was intermittently making muffled grunts and groans, like a person who’d been gagged: she was desperately trying to say something but I didn’t know what. I noticed her lips were dry and dabbed them with water. I dropped tiny pieces of ice cream into her mouth. No one else brought her any food or water. I didn’t think to ask why. I trusted the hospice staff. I had no reason not to back then.

Now, it’s a very different story. As the realisation dawned, I was overcome with guilt. Why had I been so stupid? Why hadn’t I asked questions? Why didn’t I realise that my mum was being euthanised? I could have saved her but I didn’t.

Eleven years later, I discovered that this is exactly how every relative of every victim felt. Their pain was now my pain. Although saddened and exhausted it made me all the more determined to go on.

On my birthday in June 2021, my voice wobbled when I mentioned my mum during an interview with Gareth Ick. I was grateful he gave a platform to me (and five other people whose loved ones had been killed) on his internet news show Right Now. The stories that were told – by a wife, a husband, a daughter, a granddaughter and a son – were heartbreaking and shocking.

I then contacted an old friend, journalist and radio host Richie Allen, who invited me – and four more relatives of victims – onto his radio show. I co-hosted the show but didn’t need to say much: the stories spoke for themselves. Listeners could hear the pain in the guests’ voices: I’d heard their stories before – from three daughters (each of whom had lost a parent) and a son (who’d lost both parents within six days of each other in separate care homes) – but still got a lump in my throat.

I later did an interview with Ant Insuli for his YouTube show, then another for American channel SGT and one for Unity News Network with David Clews. I was saying pretty much the same thing in each broadcast and, although speaking publicly made me anxious, I knew it had to be done. It was the least I could do.

Six months later, I was still trying to get the national UK papers to run a story. I met up with a news editor from the Daily Mail and the medical editor of another tabloid but after much to-ing and fro-ing over a period of weeks, their interest waned and they decided that the story couldn’t be run.

By September 2021, I realised that trying to get this shocking story published in any mainstream publication was a waste of time, yet I was still determined to get the voices of the victims’ relatives heard by a wider audience. I believed that this was the only way the heinous culling could be stopped. The more people that know about it, the more outrage there will be. The government who’ve instigated this sickening and unlawful protocol have blood on their hands and need to, at the very least, answer some questions. Whether they’ll ever do that is yet to be seen.

On December 5th, a 65-minute documentary I made with Ickonic.com premiered at Cinema & Co in Swansea. The film – ‘A Good Death?’ -provided a platform for relatives of victims to tell their stories. Anyone who doubts the fact that euthanasia is common practice in UK care homes, hospitals and hospices, only needs to see the film once to have those doubts quelled. Watch the film and spread the word. Until the  truth is universally recognized and until the people involved in this crime speak up, further murders will be committed and more families are destroyed.

The United Kingdom has a long, proud, and diverse history of freedom. This stretches from Magna Carta in 1215, the 1689 Claim and Bill of Rights, and the Slave Trade Act of 1807, through to the 1918 Representation of the People Act.

The Human Rights Act passed in 1998 has been a further stepping-stone along the path of that tradition. No law, however, is ever the last word on the subject.

This consultation marks the next step in the development of the UK’s tradition of upholding human rights. It has been informed by the work done by Sir Peter Gross, and the Panel he chaired which conducted the Independent Human Rights Act Review – the report which we are publishing alongside this consultation. I want to thank Sir Peter, the Panel and their team for their hard work, insights, and contribution to our thinking at the Ministry of Justice.

Our proposals, which form the basis of this consultation, reflect the government’s enduring commitment to liberty under the rule of law. The government remains committed to the European Convention on Human Rights – and, indeed, the UK’s tradition of human rights leadership abroad, as demonstrated by the introduction of our Magnitsky global human rights sanctions regime.

Equally, our system must strike the proper balance of rights and responsibilities, individual liberty and the public interest, rigorous judicial interpretation, and respect for the authority of elected law-makers. In this consultation, we assess how the Human Rights Act has operated in practice, and how it can be revised and improved.

We make far-reaching proposals for reform, with a particular focus on those quintessentially UK rights, such as freedom of speech and the right to trial by jury. We examine problematic areas, including the challenges in deporting foreign national offenders. We consider in detail the procedural framework of the Human Rights Act. And we look at the relationship between the UK courts and Parliament and the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.

We intend to revise and reform the flaws we have identified, and replace the Human Rights Act with a modern Bill of Rights, one which reinforces our freedoms under the rule of law, but also provides a clearer demarcation of the separation of powers between the courts and Parliament.

Our proposals recognise the diverse legal traditions across the UK, alongside our common heritage. We will be seeking the views of each of the devolved administrations, and across all four nations of the UK, to ensure we safeguard our human rights protections in accordance with a common framework, whilst reflecting our diversity and devolved competences.

We will carefully consider all the responses we receive, as the government takes forward the proposals in this consultation. The task of nurturing the UK’s tradition of liberty and rights is never finished. This consultation turns the first page of the next chapter in our long history of human rights – and begins the work to refine our law, curtail abuses of the system, restore public confidence, reinforce the independence of the judiciary, and shore up the sovereignty of elected law-makers in Parliament.

Jean-Luc Brunel, a longtime French modeling agent who was detained in December 2020 as part of an inquiry into allegations of rape, sexual assault, and sexual harassment, was found dead in his cell on Saturday, the Paris prosecutor’s office said.

The investigation, opened in August 2019, was a preliminary inquiry into whether late financier and convicted American sex offender Jeffrey Epstein had committed sex crimes on French territory or against French victims.

Brunel, 76, was later charged with sexual harassment and rape of minors, and has been accused of procuring hundreds of girls for Epstein.

Brunel founded a U.S. modeling management company with Epstein but denied any wrongdoing related to his association with him.

Brunel was found hanged in his cell in the Sante prison in Paris at around 1 a.m. on Saturday, a spokesperson for the prosecutor’s office said.

Authorities have launched an investigation into the death, the spokesperson said.

The crimes and lies surrounding the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID 19) pandemic will now be investigated by a public grand jury made up of lawyers from around the globe in hopes of creating a court of public opinion. The criminal investigation will be modeled after the United States grand jury proceedings.

Ben Armstrong talked about how lawyers are taking COVID crimes into their own hands during the February 11 episode of “The Ben Armstrong Show.”

The grand jury investigation will serve as a model to legal proceedings in presenting available evidence of COVID-19 crimes committed by leaders, organizers, instigators and accomplices who participated in the formulation and execution of a common plan for a pandemic. The investigation is of the people, by the people and for the people, and will serve as the people’s court of public opinion.

Reiner Fuellmich, a leading German lawyer and member of the German Corona Investigative Committee with a specialization in the prosecution of fraudulent corporations, will be leading the team of international lawyers in what will be the world’s largest global tort case concerning what is now termed as “The COVID Scandal.”

Pandemic planned by ultra-rich to control the world

Fuellmich alleged that the pandemic is a long-planned agenda from a group of “ultra-rich” people and their “financial mafia” based in London and on Wall Street. These people are said to use a pseudo-pandemic to gain complete control over people. The group includes thousands of global corporations with at least $5 billion in annual sales, politicians, media representatives and other high-profile personalities. They meet once a year to plan “The Great Reset,” and promote the shifting of the world’s assets to this group of super-rich people.

By 2030, it is expected that ordinary people will no longer earn anything and will be under a one-world government with digital currency. They aim to reduce the world’s population and manipulate the rest by altering their DNA or even moving forward toward transhumanism.

“Their most important goal is, however, the implosion of the completely looted financial system and simultaneous introduction of a digital currency issued by the World Bank, controlled by them, and the introduction of a world government under the United Nations, which has come under their full control in 2019,” Fuellmich said.

He also said that this group has made concrete plans for the pandemic since at least the spring of 2001, which they called “Operation Dark Winter.” This was followed by another lockstep exercise by the Rockefeller Foundation in 2010, and finally the “Event 201” in October of 2019 in New York, which was sponsored by the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security and the Rockefeller Foundation, the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Fuellmich said members of the jury will be calling a number of different expert witnesses from all walks of science, but there will also be witnesses who will testify to the damage they suffered as a result of getting the experimental vaccines.

Among those that the jury will call is someone who participated in “Operation Dark Winter in 2001,” James Bush. Others will explain the historical and geopolitical backgrounds of what is going on and will show that this pandemic agenda has been planned for at least 20 years.

At the end of January, Sue Grey, co-leader of the Outdoors and Freedom Party, and Dr. Matt Shelton from New Zealand Doctors Speaking Out With Science (“NZDSOS”) put the Health Select Committee on notice that serious contamination of the Pfizer vaccine has been uncovered and they needed to act immediately to stop the injection campaign.

Dr Shelton came forward to disclose the discovery of formations of nano-particles found by New Zealand scientists using specialised microscopic techniques. None of the experts consulted have ever seen anything like this before. None of these contaminants are listed or approved ingredients, wrote Outdoors and Freedom Party.

After being ignored and dismissed by the Health Select Committee, Sue Grey interviewed Dr. Shelton outside parliament.

Major technology companies and social media platforms have removed, suppressed or flagged the accounts of more than 800 prominent individuals and organizations, including medical doctors, for COVID-19 “misinformation,” according to a new study from the Media Research Center.

The study focused on acts of censorship on major social media platforms and online services, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and TikTok.

Instances of censorship included Facebook’s decision to flag the British Medical Journal with a “fact check” and “missing context” label, reducing the visibility of a post, for a study delving into data-integrity issues with a Pfizer vaccine clinical trial.

Facebook also deleted the page of the Great Barrington Declaration, an open letter led by dozens of medical professionals, including Dr. Jay Battacharya, a Stanford epidemiologist, and Dr. Martin Kulldorff, a former employee of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which advocated for less restrictive measures to address the dangers of COVID-19.

“Big Tech set up a system where you can’t disagree with ‘the science’ even though that’s the foundation of the scientific method,” Dan Gainor, MRC vice president of Free Speech America, told the Daily Caller National Foundation. “If doctors and academic journals can’t debate publicly, then it’s not science at all. It’s ‘religion.’”

On Saturday 5 February 2022 lawyers gave their opening statements at the Grand Jury Proceeding by the Peoples´ Court of Public Opinion, a natural law court with the motto: “Injustice to one is an injustice to all.”

Through this court, a group of international lawyers and Judge Rui da Fonseca e Castro, are conducting a criminal investigation modelled after the United States Grand Jury proceedings. This Grand Jury Investigation serves as a model legal proceeding to present to a jury (consisting of the citizens of the world) all available evidence of Covid-19 Crimes Against Humanity to date against “leaders, organizers, instigators and accomplices” who aided, abetted or actively participated in the formulation and execution of a common plan for a pandemic.

Crimes to be investigated include all acts performed or omitted by a person in pursuance of a common design to commit Crimes Against Humanity, and all such criminal acts condemned in the various communities of jurors around the world.

This investigation is of the people, by the people and for the people and will be referred to as the “Peoples’ Court of Public Opinion.” Having been unable to find a court to hear the actual evidence in the current system´s courts of law, we are undertaking this proceeding outside of the current system and based on natural law. This, in turn is founded on the firm belief that every person can easily distinguish between good and evil, and between right and wrong.

The allegation is that the world’s governments have come under the controlling influence of corrupt and criminal power structures. They colluded to stage a pandemic that they had been planning for years. To this end they deliberately created mass panic through false statements of fact and a socially engineered psychological operation whose messages they conveyed through the corporate media.

The purpose of this mass panic was to persuade the population to agree to the so-called “vaccinations” which have in the meantime be proven to be neither effective, nor safe, but extremely dangerous, even lethal.

The economic, social, and health damage that these Crimes Against Humanity have caused to the world’s population can be measured in quadrillions of dollars.

Parents have been denied the right to know the rate of adverse reactions to the Covid-19 vaccination in children.

A High Court judge in the UK has sided with government policy to keep secret the number of children who have suffered adverse reactions—including any who have died—as a result of having the vaccine.

A mother, identified only as EF, had asked the UK’s Office of National Statistics (ONS) to release the data so that parents can make an informed decision about having their child vaccinated.  After the ONS refused, EF took legal action to force it to reveal the numbers, and she has been supported in her campaign by TV presenter Beverley Turner, who helped raise £100,000 to pay legal costs.

A new scientific study conducted by Dr Peter Mccullough and other leading scientists has concluded that the Covid-19 vaccines are damaging the innate immune system, supporting evidence published by The Expose over the last few months that the fully vaccinated are developing some new form of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome induced by the Covid-19 injections.

The study titled ‘Innate Immune Suppression by SARS-CoV-2 mRNA Vaccinations: The role of G-quadruplexes, exosomes and microRNAs‘ was published on the 21st Jan 22, and presents a raft of evidence that the genetic modifications introduced by the mRNA Covid-19 vaccines have diverse consequences to human health.

These include but are not limited to –

• a potentially direct causal link to neurodegenerative disease;
• myocarditis;
• immune thrombocytopenia;
• Bell’s palsy;
• liver disease;
• impaired adaptive immunity;
• increased production or formation of a tumour or tumours;
• and DNA damage

Dr Peter Mccullough, who conducted the study alongside Dr Anthony Kyriakopoulos, Dr Greg Nigh, and Dr Stephenie Sennef, also provides evidence from adverse event reports made to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) to support their conclusions.

The group of scientists explore in their paper the scientific literature which suggests that vaccination with a Covid-19 mRNA vaccine initiates a set of biological events that are not only different from those induced by natural infection but are in several ways counter-productive to both short and long term immune system performance and normal cellular function.

This announcement came out Monday night (Jan. 31) and it is so horrifying, it took me several minutes to come to grips with what is happening. I know the FDA is evil but this takes things to another level.

Pfizer wants their disastrous mRNA shot added to the official schedule for children so that they can have liability protection forever.

The Pfizer mRNA shot in children 2- to 4-years old failed in the clinical trial.

Acting FDA Commissioner, Janet Woodcock, following orders from the Biden administration said, (I’m paraphrasing here) ‘don’t worry about the fact that the shot does not work, we’ve got a drug to sell, submit an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) application anyway.’

So Tuesday (Feb. 1) Pfizer submitted an EUA application for children six-months to four-years old.

Pfizer and the FDA are proposing to start with two shots in this age group even though that approach has already failed and then they will add a third dose later in the spring if data comes in that supports that use. The plan is literally — shoot up kids first, get the data later. This approach is completely unprecedented in the history of the FDA and it must be stopped.

The FDA’s Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee will meet in two weeks — on February 15 — to evaluate this EUA application for a product that failed the clinical trial.

That’s what we are up against.

So warriors, you know what to do. I need you to get on the phone, get your fax machines humming, and start sending out emails like the future of this country depends on it — because it does. Physical paper letters sent in the next couple days via the U.S. Postal Service will probably get there in time too.

In October we generated tens of thousands of calls, emails, and faxes. Our goal in the next two weeks must be to generate hundreds of thousands of calls, emails, faxes, and letters.

The message we need to send to these bureaucrats is — ABSOLUTELY NOT! Every single person who plays a role in this decision needs to get the message that:

1. We are watching;
2. The clinical trial of the Pfizer vaccine failed in this age group; and
3. You must vote NO because this proposed use violates the prohibitions against illegal medical experiments as outlined in the Nuremberg Code.

Anyone who goes along with Janet Woodcock’s bullying on behalf of the cartel will be prosecuted for crimes against humanity.

It’s hard to know exactly who will be at the VRBPAC meeting because the FDA uses Temporary Voting Members and the VRBPAC has not met since we exposed them as frauds back in October (when they rubber stamped Pfizer’s EUA application for kids 5 to 11 in spite of no data showing clinical effectiveness). But the best guess is that the voting members will be roughly the same as the last meeting so that is who we are reaching out to now.

In just the last 48 hours dozens of stories, images, narratives and videos have circulated as being taken from the fighting in Ukraine, a huge percentage of which are fake.

Now, some of it could be attributed to misunderstandings, mistaken identity, misattribution…but many and most are likely deliberate deceptions designed to provoke a response.

A Swedish study published on Friday demonstrated and confirmed that the mRNA in the Pfizer/BioNTech Covid injections infiltrate cells and transcribes its message onto human DNA within 6 hours, altering our own DNA.  The study was conducted in vitro, in other words outside the living body and in an artificial environment.

Over 20,000 excess arrest calls in 2021

The official line is that the weekly reports of people collapsing in the audience of football matches are no different to normal, only in the past the matches would not have been stopped. There may be an element of truth in that, but the rise in ambulance calls for cardiac and respiratory arrests suggests that people are right in their suspicions and that there are good reasons for genuine concern about the health of the nation’s hearts.

The UK reports detailed and timely public health data, something for which we should be very proud. A weekly report from the 10 English ambulance trusts shows numbers of calls for cardiac or respiratory arrests. The two are grouped together as it is not always clear whether a cardiac arrest was precipitated by a respiratory arrest. The data shows two anomalies:

1. a significant rise in arrest calls since spring 2021 and
2. a significant rise in the number of expected arrest calls in the baseline figure.

The latter is important as deciding whether there is a problem is critically dependent on knowing what “normal” levels should be. There is no text in the reports detailing why the baseline has shifted so dramatically. The expected number of daily arrest calls rose suddenly in March by about 50 per day –  around 30% higher than before.

Britain is ready to take Ukrainian refugees fleeing Russian aggression in “considerable numbers,” Prime Minister Boris Johnson said on Tuesday.

Speaking in Poland, one of the main destinations for people fleeing the war, Johnson said more would be done to allow Ukrainians to come to the UK.

The government is extending the family scheme, which will cover an additional 200,000 eligible people, he said.

People in the NATO-member state of Czechia have been warned that they could face up to three years in prison if they express support for Russia on social media.

The country’s Attorney General Igor Stríž announced in a press release that it was “necessary to inform citizens that the current situation associated with the Russian Federation’s attack on Ukraine may have implications for their freedom of expression.”

The limitations are being imposed under the umbrella of criminal code measures that make it a crime to approve a criminal offence or deny, question, approve or justify genocide.

“[F]reedom of speech also has its limits in a democratic state governed by the rule of law,” asserted Stríž, announcing that anyone who “publicly (including at demonstrations, on the Internet or on social networks) agreed (accepted or supported the Russian Federation’s attacks on Ukraine) or expressed support or praised the leaders of the Russian Federation in this regard, they could also face criminal liability under certain conditions.”

The Health Advisory and Recovery Team (HART) reports this week on the unusually high number of heart attacks experienced in England since the end of May 2021 (see above). The data come from a weekly report from the ten ambulance trusts in England and show the number of emergency calls for cardiac or respiratory arrests. (The two are grouped together, HART explains, because it is not always clear whether a cardiac arrest was precipitated by a respiratory arrest.)

The two most significant points, HART says, are the dramatic rise in arrest calls since spring 2021 and the significant increase in the baseline (the dotted line) in the same period.

The baseline, of course, is crucial for establishing what is ‘normal’ and ‘excess’, yet the reports give no explanation as to why the baseline has risen so dramatically. As HART points out: “The expected number of daily arrest calls rose suddenly in March by about 50 per day – around 30% higher than before.” Why did the ‘normal’ or ‘expected’ number of arrest calls suddenly rise so dramatically in spring 2021? We should be told. It doesn’t appear that it would be explained simply by the inclusion of the 2020 data in the baseline.

It is doubly odd, HART notes, because there is no change in the baseline for other conditions such as overdoses, falls or injuries. The only other condition whose baseline has shifted significantly is the related category of “chest pain”, which, HART says, “has risen from a steady 1,600 per day to 2,000”. Nonetheless, the actual number of calls for chest pain has stayed around the previous baseline of 1,600, meaning the increased baseline makes it look like the figures are now running below average.

Some vaccinated youngsters in the 12–20 age group have reported a hyper-inflammatory condition where the body’s immune system goes into overdrive and shows symptoms of fever and systemic inflammation involving multiple organ systems, according to a study published Tuesday.

There were a total of 5,973 cases of Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in Children (MIS-C) reported to the MIS-C national surveillance system of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) between May 14, 2020, and Nov. 30, 2021.

MIS-C usually manifests two to six weeks after inoculation and is characterized by severe illness that requires hospitalization.

The authors of the peer-reviewed Lancet study looked into data between Dec. 14, 2020, and Aug. 31, 2021, and “identified 21 individuals with MIS-C after COVID-19 vaccination.”

Those 21 individuals were aged between 12 and 20 years old, with 13 individuals male and eight female. Eleven of them developed MIS-C after receiving the first dose of the vaccine, with the remaining 10 developing the illness after taking the second dose.

“All 21 were hospitalized: 12 (57 percent) were admitted to an intensive care unit and all were discharged home. 15 (71 percent) of 21 individuals had laboratory evidence of past or recent SARS-CoV-2 infection, and six (29 percent) did not,” the report said.

Within the next couple of months it is likely that there will be direct US military involvement in Ukraine, with Russia now openly supporting and recognizing separatist groups in the Donbass region on the eastern edge of the country and apparently moving to aid them militarily in separation. This is not the first time Russia has sent military units into Ukraine, but it is the first time since 2014 and the annexation of Crimea that the threat of military action has been overt rather than covert.

When conflict erupts, you are going to see a swarm of media stories in Western nations trying to outline the complexity of the relationship between Russia and Ukraine since the fall of the Soviet Union, while ignoring certain inconvenient truths. You will see many of these stories construct a narrative which then oversimplifies the situation and paints Russia as the monstrous aggressor. The goal will be to convince the public that our involvement in Ukraine is a moral and geopolitical necessity. There will be attempts to gain American favor and a call for US boots on the ground. Joe Biden will be at the forefront of this push.

The surface trigger for the confrontation is obviously rooted in the 2009 decision by Western powers and Ukrainian officials to consider the country for membership in NATO. Most of Russia’s actions when dealing with Ukraine can be owed to NATO involvement in the region, including the Russian invasion of Crimea in 2014. Strategically, it makes sense. Imagine if Mexico suddenly announced it was joining a military alliance with China and that Chinese military assets were going to be transferred near the US southern border? It probably would not end well.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has already started to send tanks and troops to parts of eastern Ukraine and the UK will sanction Russia as a result, the Health Secretary Sajid Javid has said.

He warned an invasion of Ukraine “has begun” as he noted that Prime Minister Boris Johnson is currently chairing a Cobra meeting to agree significant sanctions against Moscow.

“We are waking up to a very dark day in Europe,” he told Sky News.

“The Russian’s – President Putin – have decided to attack the sovereignty of Ukraine and its territorial integrity we have always said that is completely unacceptable.

“We see that he has recognised these breakaway regions in Ukraine and from the reports we can already tell that he has sent in tanks and troops.

“So I think from that you can conclude that the invasion of Ukraine has begun.”

Pictures by the news agency Reuters show various military vehicles, including armoured personnel carriers and trucks, on the road near Donetsk.

The Prime Minister is expected to unveil a series of sanctions against Russia later this morning.

He will also decide what military support the UK will provide Ukraine, having already sent a number of defensive weapons to the European nation.

“We have been very clear right from the start of this crisis that we wouldn’t hesitate to take action,” Mr Javid said.

Given the policies many governments have adopted with respect to Covid vaccines – namely, making the lives of unvaccinated people as difficult as possible, while constantly expanding the definition of ‘unvaccinated’ – you’d hope we’d have a very good understanding of vaccine side effects.

It’s one thing to mandate vaccines that have been around for decades, such as those against polio and tetanus. It’s quite another to mandate novel vaccines whose approval process was expedited, and for which we have less than two years of follow-up data.

While current evidence suggests that serious side effects are rare, the same is true of Covid itself when we’re talking about healthy, young people or those with a prior infection. Hence it’s by no means clear that vaccination actually makes sense for these people – especially if you factor in the possibility of unknown, long-term effects.  

So far, there’s evidence of an increased risk of blood clots following the Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca vaccines, and an increased risk of heart inflammation following the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines. While the absolute risks are still low, any side effects – however rare – have to be taken seriously.

What’s more, there’s evidence that side effects are more common in young people and those who’ve already had Covid – two groups that face very little risk from the disease itself.

However, we still don’t know exactly what the risk of side effects is for specific subgroups, such as ‘people aged 18–30 with a prior infection’. In addition, some conditions that have been linked to the vaccines (including one that resembles long Covid) are not yet well-understood.

Shouldn’t scientists be rushing to answer these and other unanswered questions about vaccine side effects? You’d certainly think so. But unfortunately, that isn’t the way science works in our current, politicised era.

As this surprisingly candid report in the journal Science notes, scientists have other things to consider aside from how pressing certain questions might be:

Probing possible side effects presents a dilemma to researchers: They risk fomenting rejection of vaccines that are generally safe, effective, and crucial to saving lives. “You have to be very careful” before tying COVID-19 vaccines to complications, Nath cautions. “You can make the wrong conclusion. … The implications are huge.” [Avindra Nath is clinical director at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke]

Researchers are reluctant to work on vaccine side effects for fear of causing, or being accused of causing, ‘vaccine hesitancy’. The Science report goes on:

Other researchers note the scientific community is uneasy about studying such effects. “Everyone is tiptoeing around it,” Pretorius says. “I’ve talked to a lot of clinicians and researchers at various universities, and they don’t want to touch it.” [Resia Pretorius is a physiologist at Stellenbosch University in South Africa]

Needless to say, this does not bode well for science. Nor does it bode well for vaccine uptake in the long term. After all, people will only take vaccines – whether for Covid or anything else – if they trust the medical establishment. And ignoring side effects, even rare ones, isn’t the way to build trust.

The Associated Press (AP) is assigning another two dozen journalists across the world to cover ‘climate issues’. AP Senior Vice President Julie Pace described the move as a “far reaching initiative that will transform the way we cover the climate story”. Over 20 of the journalists will be new hires and they will be funded by an $8m gift from five billionaire philanthropic organisations, including the Left-wing Rockefeller Foundation. The money is just the latest in a series of such gifts and AP reports that 50 writing jobs are funded from these sources.

AP is not the only large media company to collect such hand-outs. The BBC and the Guardian regularly receive multi-million dollar contributions from the trusts of wealthy philanthropists. It is estimated that Bill Gates has given over $300 million over the last decade to a wide variety of media outlets. Faced with plummeting paid readers and advertisers, mainstream legacy media seems eager to tap a new revenue stream.

The money is spread wide across such media. This month, the Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting received $1.5 million from Rockefeller to “expand coverage of under-reported and/or inaccurately reported critical public health information”. The Quadrivium Foundation, run by Democrat power couple James and Kathryn Murdoch, is also paying climate wages at AP. On its website, the Foundation notes that it also invests in Climate Central, using meteorologists as “trusted messengers” of the links between extreme weather and climate change. Since it is not possible to link individual weather events to long term climate change with any scientific certainty, this aim looks to be a waste of money, or perhaps not.

‘Trusted messengers’ seems to be a phrase much in vogue around philanthropic operations. Last October, Rockefeller gave $4.5 million to Purpose Global, a non-profit company that aims to help corporate clients with their “cultural intelligence”. The money was given in support of facilitating a “communication network of trusted messengers”. This would “amplify accurate information and combat mis- and dis- information on COVID-19 vaccines”. In September 2020, the Gates Foundation gave the Guardian $3.5 million to “support” its regular reporting on global health. Likewise, the Global Health Security Team at the Telegraph is Gates-funded.

Old school journalists might be a little happier to see less of the ‘trusted messenger’ stuff and more of the requirement to investigate. But critical inquiry of climate change science has been more or less banned from many mainstream outlets. This is despite the fact that the hypothesis that humans cause all or most global warming is unproven, and many scientists look more to natural causes for long term change. Predictions – often termed evidence – of future warming, are based on climate models that have never provided an accurate forecast in the last 40 years. Global warming started to run out of steam two decades ago, and it has been at a standstill for the last seven. When Google Adsense banned the main climate web page tracking accurate satellite data showing the standstill, the interest was confined to just a few outlets, including the Daily Sceptic.

One of the largest suppliers of cash for climate change is the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the BBC and the Guardian are two of its favourite giftees. The Guardian has received upwards of $20 million over recent years starting with £6m in 2011 to establish a “millennium Development Goals” feed that provides “compelling evidence-based content”. During the last decade, Gates has given at least $20 million to help fund the BBC World Service and $5.5 million for the Corporation’s Media Action charity.

In that time, the software tycoon, once treated with great suspicion for early monopolistic tendencies, has become a prized ‘talking head’ across the BBC for epidemics, vaccines and anti-meat diets. His recent scary tales of climate change, “How to Avoid a Climate Disaster”, was recently given five airings on prime time Radio 4.

Army veteran Captain Tom Moore became a national treasure in 2020, when he walked 100 laps of his garden for charity, and raised £33 million pounds in the process which went to the NHS.

Sadly he died last year at the age of 100 after being admitted to hospital with pneumonia and subsequently ‘contracted Covid-19’.

Prior to this, after the £33m raised through a JustGiving page was distributed by NHS Charities Together, his family set up a new charity in his name, the “Captain Tom Foundation”.

Ottawa Police said neither man nor horse were injured after mounted officers charged into Freedom Convoy protesters

Authorities responded to public outrage after mounted officers charged into the crowd of protesters in Ottawa on Friday, assuring Canadians that “no one has been seriously injured or passed away” during the incident.

After several viral videos showed mounted police seemingly trampling at least two people – including an elderly lady with a walker – as authorities tried to break up the Freedom Convoy demonstration, Ottawa Police released a statement claiming neither man nor horse were injured in the incident.

“We hear your concern for people on the ground after the horses dispersed a crowd. Anyone who fell got up and walked away. We're unaware of any injuries,” police said in a statement on Twitter.

Speaking at Germany’s annual Munich Security Conference on Friday, globalist billionaire Bill Gates confidently warned the world a new pandemic is coming.

CNBC’s Hadley Gamble asked Gates, “How confident are you that we, as a global community, will deal with the next global pandemic better?”

“Well, there were a lot of people after the Ebola epidemic who were talking about what needed to be done, and in this pandemic, the countries that had exposure to SARS-CoV-1 were amongst the outliers,” Gates answered.

Next, Gates praised Australia’s authoritarian crackdown on its civilians as an example for other nations to follow.

“So, Australia is a true outlier,” he said. “They orchestrated diagnostics, they executed quarantine policies and they have a death rate in a different league than the other rich countries.”

“We’ll have another pandemic. It will be a different pathogen next time,” Gates told the CNBC anchor.

Data from Rambam hospital in Israel reveals a stillbirth, miscarriage and abortion (SBMA) rate of 6% among women who never received a COVID-19 vaccine, compared to 8% among women who were vaccinated with at least one dose (and never had a SARS-Cov-2 infection).1

That’s a statistically significant odds ratio of 1.36 (CI 1.0-1.9), meaning your odds of having a stillbirth, abortion or miscarriage are 1.36 times higher if you are vaccinated.2

Another way of putting it is that the SBMA rate among vaccinated women was nearly 34% higher than the rate among unvaccinated women. This difference is statistically significant at the 95% confidence interval based on a Chi-square test of significance.

One possible explanation is that older women and women with co-morbidities were more likely to get vaccinated, and that explains the difference. It’s possible, but it has to be shown. This paper recently published in JAMA on live births based on Israeli electronic medical records shows that vaccinated and unvaccinated mothers were in many ways very similar.

Vaccinated women were only about 1 year older on average than unvaccinated women in terms of average age (30.5 vs. 31.6 yrs) and if anything, the unvaccinated mothers were less healthy: more of them were obese and smoked; and they were far more likely to have had a SARS-Cov-2 infection during pregnancy.

But regardless of what reason for these differences is, the signal in these data are too strong and the issue too important to be dismissed with hand-waving arguments based on conjecture. That would be reckless.

We can get some purchase on the “unhealthy vaccinee” hypothesis by looking at the trend over time. If younger, healthier women were less likely to be vaccinated, then the differences across months should be fairly stable. But the differences are actually quite striking.

The bar chart below shows what percentage of births among vaccinated women were SBMA and what percentage were live births, and compares this to the percentage among unvaccinated women. (Vaccinated means the women had received at least one dose of the Pfizer/BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.)3

On Saturday, the gridlock continued as police, who formed a line in front of the protesters, attempted to push back against demonstrators gathered at the city center.

Amid loud pops, Rebel News's Quebec-based reporter Alexa Lavoie was directly hit by police during the melee, injuring her. 

Prior to the melee, at least two police officers can be seen accidentally dropping some of their less-lethal firearms and attempting to pick them back up as other officers push back the line.

According to police early Saturday, officers will attempt to retake more streets from demonstrators in the city’s downtown core, where more than 100 checkpoints remain to keep more protestors from entering Ottawa.

New research published in the Journal of Clinical and Translational Research highlights the link between Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) symptoms and 5G wireless radiation.

While much of the focus has centered around the virus itself, the paper looks at the environmental impacts that exacerbate the disease, including radiofrequencies from mobile phone towers.

“In considering the epidemiological triad (agent-host-environment) applicable to all disease, we investigated a possible environmental factor in the COVID-19 pandemic: ambient radiofrequency radiation from wireless communication systems including microwaves and millimeter waves,” the paper explains.

“SARS-CoV-2, the virus that caused the COVID-19 pandemic, surfaced in Wuhan, China shortly after the implementation of city-wide (fifth generation [5G] of wireless communications radiation [WCR]), and rapidly spread globally, initially demonstrating a statistical correlation to international communities with recently established 5G networks.”

Beverly Rubik and Robert R. Brown, the two study authors, looked at peer-reviewed scientific literature on the detrimental bioeffects of WCR. They identified several mechanisms by which WCR may have contributed to the Fauci Flu plandemic as a toxic environmental cofactor. (Related: Evidence shows that 5G is also destroying wildlife.)

By cross boundaries between the disciplines of biophysics and pathophysiology, the duo put forth the following evidence showing that 5G exposure:

The JCVI issued a statement on February 16th:

“The Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) has updated its vaccination advice for children aged 5 to 11, with a view to increasing protection against potential future waves of coronavirus (COVID-19).

“Although this age group is generally at very low risk of serious illness from the virus, a very small number of children who get infected do develop severe disease.

“Latest evidence suggests that offering the vaccine ahead of another potential wave will protect this very small number of children from serious illness and hospitalisation – and will also provide some short-term protection against mild infection across the age group.

“The committee has therefore advised a non-urgent offer to all 5 to 11-year-olds of 2 (10mcg) doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech paediatric vaccine. The 2 doses should be given with an interval of at least 12 weeks between doses.

“The recommendation should not displace the delivery of other non-COVID-19 childhood vaccinations or any other part of the COVID-19 vaccination programme” (source).

Not one member of the JCVI  COVID -19 subcommittee who was responsible for that statement declared conflicts of interest. However, the majority of them have links to the pharmaceutical companies and/or Gates Foundation through the money for their research or their institutions receiving huge amounts of money from them.

“The overall chair of the JCVI is Professor Andrew Pollard, Chair (University of Oxford). The membership details reported, “In order to prevent any perceived conflict of interest it was agreed that the JCVI Chair (Professor Andrew Pollard), who is involved in the development of a SARS-CoV-2 vaccine at Oxford, would recuse himself from all JCVI COVID-19 meetings.”

Five of them had provided additional information in the “non-declaration” that did in fact reveal, conflicts of interest. Additionally, a “cursory” search on the remaining members, was carried out by Dr Zoe Harcombe that was to reveal that six members had conflicts of interest which included, running a COVID-19 vaccine trial to being their organisation’s representative for Pfizer.

Shockingly, one member even failed to declare that he leads the Pfizer Vaccine Centre of Excellence.

After the U.S. Supreme Court last month froze the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for large private employers, some companies — including Boeing, General Electric and Starbucks — dropped plans to implement the mandate.

Others, based on guidance issued in 2020 by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, left the mandates in place.

Most of the large employers that opted to mandate COVID vaccines for their employees, even though the Supreme Court ruled they didn’t have to, have something in common: BlackRock and The Vanguard Group have ownership stakes in them.

BlackRock and Vanguard, two of the world’s “Big Three” asset managers, also are among the top three shareholders of COVID vaccine makers Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson — which means the two investment giants stand to benefit from these companies’ soaring profits and the resulting rise in those companies’ stock prices.

BlackRock and Vanguard don’t just benefit from sales of COVID vaccines. As it turns out, they also have ownership stakes in technology companies developing vaccine passports and digital wallets.

Cambodia’s new Chinese-style National Internet Gateway comes online on February 16 and will funnel all web traffic to, from and within the country through a state-controlled data point, exposing it to comprehensive government surveillance.

The move that is feared to have a strong negative impact not only on freedom of speech, but also on media and businesses in the country.

All Internet service providers in the country are required to route their traffic through the gateway. Revocation of operating licenses or the freezing of bank accounts are among penalties for non-compliance. Additionally, all incoming traffic to Cambodia will be subject to censorship.

A group of UK doctors, scientists, economists, psychologists, and other academic experts have called for an immediate investigation into the increasing death rate amongst 15- to 19-year-old males.

The organisation HART, set up to share concerns about policy and guidance recommendations relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, has written to the British government over a rise in deaths in young males.

To HART, the concern is that this time period coincides with the rollout of vaccinations to this age group, who are known to be at an increased risk of myocarditis (heart inflammation), especially after the second dose.

Rising Death Rate

As part of a judicial review at the High Court in January, the Office for National Statistics (ONS), confirmed that there had been a rise in the death rate for adolescent males over the last eight months, compared to the same time period of 2015–2019.

But the ONS also said that data could not either be used to draw any reliable conclusions as to a potential correlation between vaccination status and death in children and young adults.

There have been at least 65 extra deaths in England and Wales, though the figure may be higher due to reporting delays for coroners’ cases. During the same time frame, there were only two deaths involving COVID-19.

In September, the JCVI (Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation) declined to recommend that the COVID-19 vaccines be administered to healthy 12- to 15-year-olds as the balance of benefit to risk was only marginal at best in the face of the very low risk to children of serious illness or death from COVID-19 disease. The JCVI’s recommendation for 5- to 11-year-olds has not yet been made public yet, but it is being offered to those who are in a clinical risk group.

The COVID-19 Pfizer/BioNTech Vaccine is currently the preferred vaccine for the under 18s age group in the UK vaccination programme.

Innovative Technology has been approved as a participant in a UK government programme piloting age verification technology for the retail sale of alcohol.

The Home Office invited organisations to propose digital methods of checking customers’ ages while purchasing alcohol.

Piloted in several convenience stores in the Northwest of England, the regulatory ‘Sandbox’ trial which will run between January and May 2022, will still require humans to check customers’ ages, but the technology will be used to help retailers abide by the law currently in place to prevent alcohol being mis-sold to anyone underage.

The Oldham-based company’s facial recognition technology has also been used in a pilot for staff access at the St Alban’s Catholic Primary School in Warrington, England.

The roll-out of such technology is increasing in the UK. Last December, Welsh police started using the futuristic technology that will identify wanted individuals in real-time. The officers were the first in the UK to use the technology.

Last year, the British Retail Consortium wrote to Prime Minister Boris Johnson, highlighting a 76 percent rise in abuse to staff during the pandemic, and citing identity checks as a trigger point. Co-op is already using facial recognition technology across more than a dozen stores to scan shoppers’ faces in real-time in a bid to reduce crime and abuse against staff.

Children aged between five and 11 in England will be offered a low-dose Covid vaccine, the government says.

Official scientific advice concludes the move would help protect the "very small" number of children who become seriously ill with Covid.

Health Secretary Sajid Javid says the rollout will be "non-urgent", with an emphasis on parental choice.

Northern Ireland also said on Wednesday it will be following Wales and Scotland in offering young children the vaccine.

Prince Andrew settled a lawsuit with accuser Virginia Giuffre, who alleged that convicted sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein arranged for the prince to sexually abuse her when she was 17, according to court documents that were filed Tuesday.

The details of the settlement were not disclosed, although Prince Andrew had previously lost a challenge to have Giuffre’s suit dismissed. The royal had categorically denied Giuffre’s claims in her lawsuit.

“Prince Andrew intends to make a substantial donation to Ms. Giuffre’s charity in support of victims’ rights,” the court filing said. “Prince Andrew has never intended to malign Ms. Giuffre’s character, and he accepts that she has suffered both as an established victim of abuse and as a result of unfair public attacks,” it continued.

A former clinical trial overseer for a contractor holding trials of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine is pressing forward with a lawsuit against Pfizer and her former company despite the U.S. government declining to side with her.

Brook Jackson was fired by the contractor, Ventavia Research Group, in 2020. She came forward as a whistleblower in 2021.

Jackson filed a False Claims Act suit against Pfizer, Ventavia, and another company involved in the trial, ICON. It has been under seal for over a year, but is now public after the U.S. Department of Justice declined to intervene on behalf of Jackson.

Government lawyers did not explain the choice not to intervene and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), which investigates alleged clinical trial fraud, did not respond to a request for comment.

The choice, though, has not deterred the whistleblower.

“We’re going to pursue the case without the help of the government,” Jackson told The Epoch Times.

She said she wasn’t surprised but felt “total disappointment” when, after over a year of putting off a decision, the government declined to intervene.

The odds of success aren’t good but “it’s just a chance I have to take,” Jackson said. “I just feel like somebody has to be held accountable.”

Jackson set off a firestorm when the British Medical Journal in November 2021 published a piece, based on documents, recordings, and other materials from Jackson, that outlined repeated failures by Ventavia to properly run sites for Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine trial before it received emergency clearance from U.S. drug regulators.

A federal judge Wednesday rejected a bid by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), with the support of Pfizer, to delay the court-ordered release of nearly 400,000 pages of documents pertaining to the approval of Pfizer’s COVID vaccine.

Federal judge Mark Pittman of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, in an order issued Feb. 2, said the FDA must release redacted versions of the documents in question according to the following disclosure schedule:

• 10,000 pages apiece, due on or before March 1 and April 1, 2022.
• 80,000 pages apiece, to be produced on or before May 2, June 1 and July 1, 2022.
• 70,000 pages to be produced on or before Aug. 1, 2022.
• 55,000 pages per month, on or before the first business day of each month thereafter, until the release of the documents has been completed.

The order grants the FDA the ability to “bank” excess pages as part of this release schedule — meaning that if the agency exceeds its monthly quota in any given month it can apply those extra pages to a subsequent month.

Last week’s ruling is the most recent development in an ongoing court case that began with a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request filed in August 2021 by Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency (PHMPT), a group of doctors and public health professionals.

A new study conducted by Johns Hopkins University found that lockdowns imposed to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic only reduced the death rate by a meagre 0.2%. The study also found that so-called shelter-in-place orders, made popular by the “Stay at Home, Save Lives” slogan reduced mortality by 2.9% — a statistically insignificant number.

“We find little to no evidence that mandated lockdowns in Europe and the United States had a noticeable effect on COVID-19 mortality rates,” said the researchers.

In a meta-analysis of several studies conducted by the university, lockdowns during the first wave of COVID-19 in Spring 2020 only reduced mortality rates by 0.2% in the United States and Europe.

“While this meta-analysis concludes that lockdowns have had little to no public health effects, they have imposed enormous economic and social costs where they have been adopted,” the researchers stated. “In consequence, lockdown policies are ill-founded and should be rejected as a pandemic policy instrument.”

Since the year 2000, Pfizer have been hit with fines to the amount of at least £7.5 billion, including a single £331.5 million fine for kickbacks and bribery offences, £1.1 billion in fines for false claims offences, and a record breaking individual £1.7 billion fine in 2009 for engaging in fraud by mispromoting a now withdrawn painkiller.

But despite all this the company was still trusted enough by medicine regulators around the world to be granted emerged use authorisation for its experimental Covid-19 injection. Perhaps the company may be incurring some more large fines for kickbacks and bribery offences in the near future?

But we doubt they’ll care much when they made approximately $36 billion dollars in 2021 thanks to Governments worldwide using the hardworking tax payers money to purchase enough doses of their Covid-19 “vaccine” to vaccinate every citizen seven times.

Now, according to confidential documents authored by Pfizer that it wanted to deperately keep secret, the company hasn’t just caused damage to the public purse, it appears it has also caused damage to the publics health, because Pfizer admit that Vaccine-Associated Enhanced Disease is a a very real theoretical risk for its Covid-19 vaccine.

Table 5, found on page 11 of the document shows an ‘Important Potential Risk’, and that risk is listed as ‘Vaccine-Associated Enhanced Disease (VAED), including Vaccine-Associated Enhanced Reporatory Disease (VAERD)’.

This is the latest January temperature record produced by satellites accurately taking global measurements on a 24 hour basis. It shows barely any deviation last month (0.03°C) from the 1991-2020 average as shown by the blue line. The 13 month red line average reveals movement of just over 0.1°C. Furthermore, the satellite record is now revealing no global warming for seven years and three months.

The data is compiled by Dr. Roy Spencer from the University of Alabama, who was kicked off Google Adsense recently for publishing “unreliable and harmful claims”. The move demonetised Dr. Spencer’s monthly satellite update page by removing all Google-suppled advertising. Google says it will ban all sites that are sceptical of “well-established scientific consensus”.

Dr Spencer has been compiling satellite temperature data for 43 years and has received awards for his work from NASA and the American Meteorological Society. He is currently working with NASA on the Advanced Microwave Scanning Radiometer flying on the Aqua satellite.

Satellite data shows less warming than surface measurements, which are prone to the bias caused by urban heat distortions. In the U.K., many of the recent “records” arise from city-based recorders. In July 2019, a U.K. record hot day of 38.7°C was produced in the middle of Cambridge, a city that has grown by 40,000 people over the last 40 years. The U.K. Met Office seems particularly keen on promoting its thermometer readings at Heathrow airport, a massive industrial estate with acres of concrete and tarmac and constantly moving jet aircraft. Needless to say, the surface measurements are the record of choice for media and political thermogeddonites.

However, not all surface measurements accord with the well-established scientific consensus. The recent news that the South Pole had its coldest six month winter since records began was largely ignored by mainstream media. In the world of green political activism, all surface temperature measurements are equal, but some are more equal than others.

Researchers have published a three-part, 150-page review of how wildlife could be harmed by the non-ionizing electromagnetic fields (EMF) produced by wireless infrastructure, raising questions about the environmental safety of the technology as 5G begins to blanket the United States.

“We’ve known for a while now, through a number of scientific studies, that cellular radiation is harmful to wildlife as well as people,” said epidemiologist Devra Davis.

Davis is the founder of Environmental Health Trust, an organization that has drawn attention to the possible risks of 5G, Wi-Fi, and similar infrastructure for human health as well as wildlife.

Environmental Health Trust didn’t produce the new review, which included researchers from the University of Washington and Johns Hopkins University. A spokesperson for the organization told The Epoch Times via email that it drew attention to the research in a recent filing with the FCC.

This announcement came out Monday night (Jan. 31) and it is so horrifying, it took me several minutes to come to grips with what is happening. I know the FDA is evil but this takes things to another level.

Pfizer wants their disastrous mRNA shot added to the official schedule for children so that they can have liability protection forever.

The Pfizer mRNA shot in children 2- to 4-years old failed in the clinical trial.

Acting FDA Commissioner, Janet Woodcock, following orders from the Biden administration said, (I’m paraphrasing here) ‘don’t worry about the fact that the shot does not work, we’ve got a drug to sell, submit an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) application anyway.’

So Tuesday (Feb. 1) Pfizer submitted an EUA application for children six-months to four-years old.

Pfizer and the FDA are proposing to start with two shots in this age group even though that approach has already failed and then they will add a third dose later in the spring if data comes in that supports that use. The plan is literally — shoot up kids first, get the data later. This approach is completely unprecedented in the history of the FDA and it must be stopped.

The FDA’s Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee will meet in two weeks — on February 15 — to evaluate this EUA application for a product that failed the clinical trial.

That’s what we are up against.

So warriors, you know what to do. I need you to get on the phone, get your fax machines humming, and start sending out emails like the future of this country depends on it — because it does. Physical paper letters sent in the next couple days via the U.S. Postal Service will probably get there in time too.

In October we generated tens of thousands of calls, emails, and faxes. Our goal in the next two weeks must be to generate hundreds of thousands of calls, emails, faxes, and letters.

The message we need to send to these bureaucrats is — ABSOLUTELY NOT! Every single person who plays a role in this decision needs to get the message that:

1. We are watching;
2. The clinical trial of the Pfizer vaccine failed in this age group; and
3. You must vote NO because this proposed use violates the prohibitions against illegal medical experiments as outlined in the Nuremberg Code.

Anyone who goes along with Janet Woodcock’s bullying on behalf of the cartel will be prosecuted for crimes against humanity.

It’s hard to know exactly who will be at the VRBPAC meeting because the FDA uses Temporary Voting Members and the VRBPAC has not met since we exposed them as frauds back in October (when they rubber stamped Pfizer’s EUA application for kids 5 to 11 in spite of no data showing clinical effectiveness). But the best guess is that the voting members will be roughly the same as the last meeting so that is who we are reaching out to now.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on Monday granted full approval of Moderna’s Spikevax COVID vaccine for people 18 and older.

Similar to the agency’s licensing last year of Pfizer’s Comirnaty vaccine, the approval raised a number of legal questions related to mandates and product availability.

Spikevax is a two-dose primary series, approved also for administration as part of a heterologous (“mix and match”) single booster dose for individuals who previously completed their original series of vaccinations with the Pfizer or Johnson & Johnson COVID vaccines.

According to the FDA, Spikevax “has the same formulation as the [Emergency Use Authorization (EUA)] Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine and … can be used interchangeably with the EUA Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine to provide the COVID-19 vaccination series.”

However, in its approval letter, the FDA said Spikevax is “legally distinct” from the Moderna EUA vaccine:

“The licensed vaccine has the same formulation as the EUA-authorized vaccine and the products can be used interchangeably to provide the vaccination series without presenting any safety or effectiveness concerns. The products are legally distinct with certain differences that do not impact safety or effectiveness.”

A GREEK footballer has died aged just 21 after a cardiac arrest during a match with no defibrillator or ambulance at the stadium.

Alexandros Lampis was turning out for third-tier side Ilioupoli.

But with just five minutes on the clock, reports in his homeland say the attacking midfielder collapsed.

Tragically, there was no way to resuscitate him on the pitch and the ambulance did not arrive at the ground for another 20 minutes.

Ilioupoli announced the sad news on their social media channels.

Michael Gove has apologised for arguing tighter restrictions were needed over Christmas to curb the spread of Covid.

The levelling up secretary claimed he had made a “mistake” by attempting to persuade the Prime Minister to enforce tighter measures amid the rapid spread of the Omicron variant.

Mr Gove was reportedly among a small group of cabinet ministers – including health secretary Sajid Javid – pushing for further restrictions in December.

At the time, he admitted to being “deeply concerned” by the spread of Omicron after worst-case scenarios modelled by scientists suggested it could spark a wave of hospitalisations which could overwhelm the NHS.

Speaking to TalkRadio’s Julia Hartley-Brewer, Mr Gove said: “In Cabinet, I was concerned that we may need additional restrictions and argued for them. I was wrong, while the Prime Minister and Chancellor were right.

The Trucker Freedom Convoy to Ottawa Canada entered its second day today, with no signs that things were slowing down. As I have periodically checked in to live streaming throughout the day, I have heard people on the ground in Ottawa state things like: “They think we’re all going home now, but we’re just getting started!”

There was a stage set up in downtown Ottawa this morning where local pastors and others took turns addressing the crowds. The protests have been remarkably peaceful, so far, given the size of the crowds, which even the corporate media admits is in the “thousands” but is probably in the tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands. Some people on the ground are estimating up to 2 million.
