I came across a well-researched document titled 'Concerned Parents for Vaccine Safety' compiled by Dawn Winkler highlighting some of the ingredients used in common vaccines. The lists describes how several of these vaccines contain human diploid cells originating from human aborted foetal tissue, chick embryos, and, in even more shocking cases, Thimerosal, a chemical compound containing 50% Mercury - one of the most dangerous toxins known - its use in vaccines is commonly linked to the increase in neurotoxicity and brain damage symptoms such as autism.

The following is a description of the various chemical compounds added to vaccines for stability and other marketing purposes that have nothing to do with children's health. The information was obtained from the 1997 Physician's Desk Reference. This is a representative, not a comprehensive, list of various types of vaccines. Common vaccines and their production details

BIAVAX
Rubella and mumps virus vaccine live. Merck & Company, Inc., 1-800-672-6372. Produced using neomycin, sorbitol, and hydrolyzed gelatin. Medium: human diploid cells originating from human aborted fetal tissue.

DPT
Diphtheria and tetanus toxoids acellular pertussis vaccine adsorbed. SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals, 1-800-366-8900, extension 5231. Produced using aluminium phosphate, formaldehyde, ammonium sulfate, washed sheep red blood cells, glycerol, sodium chloride, and thimerosol.* Medium: porcine (pig) pancreatic hydrolysate of casein.

* Warning: Thimerosal is a chemical compound that contains 49.6 percent mercury as a preservative. Mercury is one of the most dangerous toxins known to scientists. This is 100 times the exposure that the Environmental Protection Agency's Poison Control Center guidelines consider safe for the average-sized infant, as mercury is known to cause neurotoxicity and brain damage that mirrors the symptoms of autism.

An adjuvant used in the swine flu vaccine is called squalene and this has the potential to increase the impact of the 'attenuated' live swine flu virus. Dr Joseph Mercola at www.Mercola.com explains the effect of squalene:

"Your immune system recognizes squalene as an oil molecule native to your body. It is found throughout your nervous system and brain. In fact, you can consume squalene in olive oil, and not only will your immune system recognize it, you will also reap the benefits of its antioxidant properties.
The difference between "good" and "bad" squalene is the route by which it enters your body. Injection is an abnormal route of entry which incites your immune system to attack all the squalene in your body, not just the vaccine adjuvant.
Your immune system will attempt to destroy the molecule wherever it finds it, including in places where it occurs naturally, and where it is vital to the health of your nervous system."

Squalene in the anthrax vaccine has been fundamentally connected to the 'mysterious' outbreak of Gulf War syndrome among Gulf War veterans after 1991. A study conducted at Tulane Medical School found that virtually every soldier with Gulf War syndrome had antibodies to squalene, showing that their immune systems had reacted to it. The troops who did not have Gulf War syndrome had no anti-bodies to squalene.
